We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, ensuring that your selections are delivered to your doorstep with ease. We handle and cover all taxes and duties, so you can enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

To ensure your gifts arrive on time, we recommend placing your orders by December 20th, 2024, for delivery by December 25th, 2024. Ordering early helps guarantee availability and timely delivery during this busy season.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via DHL or UPS.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

When will my purchase ship?

We want you to have your new Mlouye as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location, please check the country list below for information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

Pre-Order

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date is specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.
For orders that contain an in-stock item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item right away. No additional postage charged will be incurred.
